It's very unlikely you will have a 32 bit system. The field 'System Type' will tell you which architecture you have. To check if you're on a 64 or 32 bit system in Windows 10, Go to start, start typing "This PC", when it shows up in the results, right click and select 'properties'. That said, the general process is also explained, so you shouldn't need to rely on that example or any downloadable file, it was just being posted as an example.
